RB Architectural Hardware and Complete Doorset Solutions have merged to create RB Complete Doorset Solutions Ltd, bringing together architectural ironmongery, doorset manufacturing and installation under one business.
The newly formed company says the move formalises a long-standing working relationship between the two businesses and creates one of the UK’s most comprehensive providers of integrated doorset and architectural hardware solutions.
RB Architectural Hardware, established in 2008, has built its reputation in architectural ironmongery, access control, automatic doors, specification support, installation and compliance-led building solutions. Complete Doorset Solutions is a manufacturer of timber doorsets, supplying the commercial, education, healthcare, residential and hospitality sectors.
The merger combines the companies’ technical expertise, manufacturing capability and customer support into a single organisation, with the aim of simplifying procurement and improving project delivery for clients across the UK construction industry.

According to the company, customers will benefit from a single point of contact, greater technical expertise, enhanced manufacturing and supply chain control, improved project coordination and strengthened after-sales support.
The directors said the merger reflects the shared values and complementary strengths of the two businesses, which have worked together on projects for many years.
In a joint statement, they said: "This partnership represents far more than a business merger. It is the coming together of two companies that share the same values – quality, service, technical excellence and long-term customer relationships."
Looking ahead, RB Complete Doorset Solutions said it will continue to invest in its people, technology and manufacturing capabilities while supporting increasing industry demands around fire safety, compliance, sustainability and digital integration.
The company added that its long-term ambition is to become one of the UK’s leading integrated providers of doorset and architectural hardware solutions, delivering complete packages from specification through to handover and ongoing maintenance.
The new business is led by directors Amo Ruprai, Chris Williams, John Hornby and Stephen Roberts.
